Setting Up Goals

Access the Goals Section
On the Home page, locate and tap Settings. Select Activities and Goals -
Select an Activity
Choose an activity by tapping on it. Available options include:- Mobility
- Sleep
- Dietary
- Regularity

Setting Goals for Mobility or Sleep
Tap the corresponding icon and follow these steps:- Enable the Track [Mobility or Sleep] Goal option using the toggle button under the Goal Tracking header
- Select which devices are to be used to track the goal. All devices show by default, select the ones that will be used for this specific goal
- Under Term & Average select a time frame from the drop-down menu
- Use the slider to set the desired amount of activity for the selected time frame
- Toggle Send Reminders and Receive Notifications on or off as needed
- Tap Done in the top-right corner to save the goal

Setting Goals for Eating or Regularity
Tap the corresponding icon and follow these steps:
- Enable the goal by using the toggle button under the Goal Tracking header
- Select which devices are to be used to track the goal. All devices show by default, select the ones that will be used for this specific goal
- Select Term and Average time frame (daily, weekly, or monthly) from the drop-down menu
- Use the minus (–) or plus (+) buttons to adjust the desired number of 'visits' or 'uses' per term
- Toggle Send Reminders and Receive Notifications on or off as needed
- Tap Done in the top-right corner to save the goal

- In the Goals section, tap on the activity icon you wish to update.
