To find out if you need to factory reset the tag, click the button in the middle of the tag once. If it flashes red it has not been provisioned and is ready to be added to the system.
If it flashes green it should trigger an alert in the app and is working correctly. It does not need to be reset at this point.
If pushing the panic button does not trigger an alert, follow these steps:

Firmly press and hold the button on the tag (don't let go). The lights on the tag will light up green then change to steady red (keep holding)

After about 6 seconds the red lights will flash quickly

Let go of the button
The tag is now reset to factory standards and can be re-added to the Nomo system. To add the tag to the system:
- Open app
- Settings
- Add & Manage Devices
- Press Tag
- Install tag
