The Nomo system will automatically escalate an unattended emergency alert* to our call center for EMS dispatch. To turn this option off, follow the steps below
- Login to the Nomo app
- Select the Settings option in the bottom right corner
- Click on the Care Recipient option under People
- Scroll down and toggle the Auto EMS Escalation option to off (Note: You'll need to swipe to confirm this to complete the process)
*An unattended emergency alert is an emergency alert that has attempted to reach the the members of a Care Circle 7 times and has not been resolved through the Nomo app
